  • A meeting between Project, Production and Aftermarket departments
  • Held to ensure that all essential information, such as guarantees, spare parts, Operation Manuals, etc. for the contract is communicated and transferred in a structured manner
  • After DG7, Aftermarket takes over responsibility for all remaining activities to be executed throughout all remaining phases (typically hook-up, MC, commissioning and operation)
  • Typically takes place no longer than 2 weeks after DG6
