We are committed to a zero-injury philosophy, ensuring every task is carried out to prevent workplace incidents, work-related diseases, and negative health impacts to personnel, while minimizing environmental impact and delivering reliable, high-performance solutions. By continuously improving our safety measures, risk management strategies, and quality assurance processes, we help our customers achieve safer, more efficient, and more sustainable operations.
Risk Management
Eureka is through its operations exposed to risk of many categories. Understanding and managing risk exposure is essential in order to achieve good overall solutions that enable stability and added value. We strive towards a positive risk culture where everyone evaluate risk in all daily tasks.
Risk management is a central element of business controls, in order to ensure realization of visions, goals, strategies, and action plans. Eureka requires that relevant risk at different levels be identified and assessed. With basis in this assessment, necessary actions will be planned, implemented and followed up, in order to avoid, reduce or share unacceptable risk.


Health & Work Environment
Health and work environment comprise all elements relating to people, technology, and organization. Good leadership and job satisfaction are closely related to individual performance and collaboration with colleagues.
Eureka firmly believes that a secure and supportive work environment with challenging tasks is essential for maintaining a competitive edge and attaining goals.

Safety
Eureka's vision is to be a preferred technology partner within production, solutions and services for the offshore energy business, and to build leading positions within technological niches on the international market.
Eureka aims to be a leader within HSE&Q, and has a policy of zero damage to people and environment. To be in the forefront within safety requires continuous efforts, not only to prevent accidents and occupational diseases but also to ensure the highest technical standards and safest operations.
All Eureka personnel will contribute to safe day-to-day operations without injuries.
All Eureka employees are responsible for looking after their own health and safety and for contributing to reducing risk of personal injury and damage to environment and material. Eureka executives have a particular responsibility for adapting, following up and displaying a credible and visible commitment, in order to attain our goal, zero injuries. To Eureka this philosophy represents both a total goal to strive for and a way of thinking in all work being performed.


Security
A secure working environment entails that Eureka employees, as well as company's facilities/buildings are protected against undesirable acts.
Eureka has clear-cut guidelines in place, including protection of amongst other:

Quality
To Eureka quality means delivering the agreed product – and the agreed quality – at the agreed time, in accordance with internal requirements, and the requirements of customers or regulatory authorities. Eureka is committed to ensuring quality at every stage of production. Our objective is to have no non-conformances or complaints against products or services.
In order to obtain a high level of quality it is imperative that management and employees display the right attitudes, and that work processes are well organized. Furthermore, actions must be well planned and action plans implemented, work performance must be subjected to measurements, and corrective and preventive action must be implemented to ensure continuous improvement.
Continuous improvement
Continuous improvement of performance will ensure that we maintain and strengthen our competitiveness. Improvement efforts will develop more cost effective work methods and methods of implementation in order amongst other to ensure that our customers get supplies with the right quality.

Eureka's Process Management System – (EPS)
Eureka’s process management system (EPS) is a combined HSE&Q system. The system is certified according to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2023 and ISO 14001:2015.
EPS presents activities through process flow and workflow charts with associated instructions and check lists. Eurekas process structure is presented through management - , operational- and support processes.
The programme is electronically available to all employees.
One of Eureka’s main tools for obtaining continuous improvement, and update and maintenance of systems, is the quality reporting system – KMS.
The Quality reporting system (KMS) is used for:
- improvement of our deliveries and work processes
- reduction of unwanted incidents
- identification of improvement proposals
- evaluation of our suppliers' ability to deliver
- learn from experience
Sustainability at Eureka
Our activities will serve the environment, not harm it. Sustainability is core to everything we do.
Eureka’s commitment to sustainability is integral in our mission as a key supplier in the energy transition. We will continue to develop our company through further growth in sustainable markets. We will focus on sustainable practices in our operations and increase transparency in our reporting.

Eureka’s objective is to create value by supporting our customers in the transition towards a sustainable future and on this basis further develop a profitable company. We believe that a focus on environmental, social and governance factors and issues is critical to our long-term success as a company.
We are confident that the interests of Eureka’s owners are fully aligned with our management, employees, customers, and the communities in which we operate. On this basis Eureka has established and implemented this ESG policy as an integral part of our operations.

- Environment
Eureka strives to operate in an environmentally responsible manner and aim to follow best industry practice. By ensuring our own environmentally sustainable operations and by providing services and products that allow our customers to be sustainable, Eureka is a company that is part of the solution to the climate challenge. Eureka offsets 100% of our Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions from own operations through a carbon capture initiative by Trefadder. - Social

Eureka seeks to ensure that we comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in the markets in which we operate, including environmental, labor, anti-corruption and anti-money laundering laws, rules, and regulations. Eureka seeks to contribute to high ethical standards being maintained by all our employees and operating entities.
Eureka has ESG practices in place which are reviewed and updated regularly and reported quarterly. Eureka tracks and reports the amount of waste it produces, how much is recycled, and the amount of greenhouse gas emissions they produce, broken down into scope 1, 2 and 3 categories, as defined by the Greenhouse Gas Protocol.

As part of our ESG focus, we expect our suppliers to also address ESG issues in an appropriate manner. Our requirements are laid out in Eureka Business Principles for Suppliers and in the Eureka Supplier Declaration. - Eureka Transparency Act
Eureka seeks to ensure that we operate in an environmentally sound manner, as well as ethically, responsibly, and profitably in everything we do. Eureka aims to be transparent regarding all issues covered by these principles. Our governance system is based on the principles from the OECD guidelines for multinational enterprises and other relevant international guidelines.
From 2023 Eureka Group will publish an annual account of our due diligence assessment to comply with the Norwegian Transparency act that entered into force on 1 July 2022. The account will also be updated and republished in the case of significant changes to the enterprise risk assessments.
