OH4

API 610 Vertical Heavy-Duty Solutions

Eureka’s OH4 Process Pumps are vertical in-line, single-stage, single-suction pumps designed for continuous-duty service in offshore, refinery, and industrial environments. Fully compliant with API 610 standards, these compact and robust pumps are ideal for handling seawater, crude oil, and process fluids across a wide range of temperatures and pressures.

With over 1500 units delivered over four decades, Eureka’s OH4 pumps are a proven solution for space-constrained and safety-critical installations. Available in Super Duplex, Duplex, AISI 316 Stainless Steel, and Carbon Steel, they are optimized for use in aggressive offshore environments.

All units are designed in accordance with API 610 and NORSOK requirements, comply with the EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, and can be ATEX and IECEx certified for use in hazardous environments.

Description

The OH4 is a radially split vertical in-line pump with integrally cast suction and discharge nozzles. The electric motor is pedestal-mounted directly onto the pump cover, creating a compact and maintenance-friendly layout.

The pump is optimized for reliability and performance in hazardous environments, with features like pressurized seal chambers, balanced impellers, and optional instrumentation for remote monitoring.

Key Functional Design:

  • Vertical in-line configuration for space-saving installation
  • API 610-compliant casing and hydraulic design
  • No internal pump bearings – rotor is supported by motor bearings
  • Maintenance-friendly design allows rotor removal as a single unit

Pump Casing & Cover

  • Radially split design for pressure containment and ease of service
  • Cast-in nozzles for structural strength
  • Pump cover with integrated seal chamber, supporting motor pedestal

Flanges & Connections

  • ANSI B16.5 300 lbs RF flanges (standard)
  • Custom flange ratings available upon request

Shaft, Sleeve, & Coupling
