API 610 Multistage Heavy-Duty Centrifugal Pumps
Eureka’s BB5 Process Pumps are horizontal, multistage, barrel-type centrifugal pumps engineered for high-pressure, continuous-duty service in the most demanding environments, including offshore oil & gas, petrochemical, and natural gas processing. Built to the latest API 610 standards, they combine performance, reliability, and maintainability with a modular design optimized for harsh conditions.
Featuring a double-volute, axially split inner case and opposed impellers, the BB5 offers exceptional hydraulic balance, eliminating the need for a balancing drum. With top-top nozzle configurations, dynamic rotor balancing, and easy service access, these pumps reduce operational downtime and increase overall system efficiency.
Pump inner case forms together with covers, bearings, mechanical seals, and coupling a hydraulic module. This module can be pulled out from the barrel for repair without disturbing the pipe nozzles.
All units are designed in accordance with API 610 and NORSOK requirements, comply with the EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, and can be ATEX and IECEx certified for use in hazardous environments.

- Deep seal chamber for API 682-compliant mechanical seals
- Modular maintenance design allows replacement of bearings and seals without disturbing the motor or piping.
