OH2
API 610 Heavy-Duty Centrifugal Pumps
Eureka’s OH2 Process Pumps are horizontal, overhung, center-line mounted centrifugal pumps designed for continuous duty in demanding process environments such as offshore installations, oil refineries, and chemical plants. Built to the latest edition of API 610 standards, these pumps offer reliable performance under high suction pressures and across a wide range of operating conditions.
More than 1500 OH2 pumps have been delivered worldwide, demonstrating a strong track record of durability, efficiency, and maintenance-friendly operation.
All units are designed in accordance with API 610 and NORSOK requirements, comply with the EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, and can be ATEX and IECEx certified for use in hazardous environments.

Description
The OH2 is a horizontal, center-line mounted centrifugal pump with a radially split double volute casing. It is engineered for continuous operation in high-pressure and high-temperature process systems. The modular back pull-out design allows the rotor and seal assembly to be serviced without disturbing pipework or motor alignment.
The pump incorporates a robust bearing housing and uses API 682-compliant seal chambers to support single or dual mechanical seals. Bearings are flood and ring lubricated, and the unit is mounted on a fabricated steel base plate with integrated drain pan under the driver.
Design Highlights:
- Radially split, double volute casing for balanced hydraulic forces
- Impeller with wear rings for long-term efficiency
- Low NPSH requirement for cavitation-free operation
- Modular construction for simplified maintenance
Pump Casing & Nozzles
